4.6 Transfers outside the European Union
Synergy Growth is established in Tunisia, a third country without an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Transfers from the European Economic Area are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented by technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit and at rest, access segregation and logging.
Our processing activities are also subject to the required formalities with the Tunisian National Authority for Personal Data Protection (INPDP).
